It’s been great to see the support for the InnOvaTe project since it launched in October 2019.
We’ve had great backing from the NHS and the Institute of Cancer Research, as well as support at local level, with businesses and residents getting involved through our engagement events.
Since the project launch, we’ve partnered with Digital Catapult and Kingston University, and over the coming months, we will be talking to businesses operating within the IoT space, about how they can help us deliver our goals.
Our IoT Supplier Engagement Event on Friday 24 January was a great chance for the project team to explain more about the programme to suppliers, and for the launch of our exciting “Mini Pilot Competition”.
We received really positive and energising support from the Croydon, Kingston, Merton and Sutton engagement events with partners and community stakeholders.
The ideas shared will help us determine how we can use IoT to address the challenges faced by businesses and the community.
I hope that you continue to follow our journey and play a significant part in this groundbreaking and collaborative initiative.
